In view of the settlement, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised. 5. Consequently, the conviction and sentence passed by the learned V Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada in C.C.No.150 of 2016, dated 27.01.2017, as confirmed in Crl.A.No.73 of 2017 on the file of the learned XII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, are set aside. 6. As a result, the Petitioner is acquitted under Section 320(8) of ‘the Cr.P.C.’ 7. The Respondent No.2 is at liberty to withdraw the amount deposited by the Petitioner before the learned Trial Court without furnishing any security. There shall be no order as to costs.
