The petitioner- abovenamed, who is in custody since 20.12.2024 in connection with Pindrajora (Bokaro) P.S. Case No. 206 of 2024 for the offence registered under Section 103(1) of BNS, 2023. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the husband of the deceased and it is alleged that marriage was solemnized about 15 years ago. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that there is no evidence to suggest that it was a case of homicidal death as the deceased died due to poisoning and her deadbody was retrieved from the closed room by the Police. It is further submitted that the deceased was not blessed with any child, as a result of which, she was in a depressed state of mind. Earlier also, she had exhibited suicidal tendency. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the nature of offence, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
