1. Mr. Ankit Vishal, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the issue raised in this petition stands entirely covered by the judgment and order dated 24.09.2025 disposing of the batch of writ petitions including W.P.(C) No. 1532 of 2022 and connected matters.
2. Mr. Shabaj Akhtar, the learned A.C. to learned A.A.G.-III, however, submits that the judgment and order, referred to above, has been appealed by the State vide petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C)

No. 3966 of 2026. He admitted that till date, no stay order has been granted.
3. Accordingly, we dispose of the present writ petition in terms of the
judgment and order dated 24.09.2025 in W.P.(C) No. 1532 of 2022 and connected matters by granting the petitioner the same reliefs as were granted to the petitioners in W.P.(C) No. 1532 of 2022 and connected matters, to the extent applicable.
4. This petition is disposed of in the above terms without any order for costs.
