The present Contempt Case has been filed for non-compliance of the directions of this Court, dated 18.08.2025 in C.M.A.No.513 of 2025.
2. The said Judgment came to be passed under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The appropriate course for implementation of the order would be to file an Execution Petition. A contempt Case would not be maintainable against non-compliance of such an order.
3. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed.
As a sequel miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
