The said Judgment came to be passed under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The appropriate course for implementation of the order would be to file an Execution Petition. A contempt Case would not be maintainable against non-compliance of such an order. 3. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed.
