P.P. --------- 02/ 20.03.2026 Heard Mr. Anurag Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Spl. P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Pathalgadda P. S. Case No. 54 of 2025. It has been alleged that the petitioner and others were apprehended from an i20 car and 2.641 Kg of opium was recovered from the said vehicle. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2025. Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the fact that commercial quantity of opium was recovered from the vehicle in which petitioner was also found present, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
