The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to grant 2 pension/family pension to the petitioner from the date of superannuation of the petitioner’s husband i.e. late employee with interest, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider and decide the petitioner’s representations (Annexure P/6) submitted regarding grant of pension/family pension within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, any other relief which the Hon’ble Court may deemed fit and proper also be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the petitioner was an employee of the Janpad Panchayat Kharsia who after completion of the age of superannuation retired from service on 30.04.2022, however, during his lifetime, pension has not been paid to him and he died on 02.10.2023. Thereafter, the petitioner has approached the authorities for release of family pension which was not disbursed. Petitioner thereafter submitted representations (Annexrue P/5) dated 05.01.2026, however, till date, her representation is also not considered and therefore, direction be issued to the Respondents No. 1, 4 & 5 to take decision on the representation dated 05.01.2026 submitted by the petitioner at the earliest. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State submits that as the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits, but is only seeking a direction to the Respondents No. 1, 4 & 5 to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner, he is having no objection. If the representation is still pending consideration, it will be considered and appropriate orders would be passed in accordance with law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents enclosed along with the writ petition. 3 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the Respondents No. 1, 4 & 5 to consider and take decision on the representation dated 05.01.2026 (Annexure P/5) submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 02 months from the date of receipt of the order. 6.
