The present petition is filed purportedly aggrieved by initiation of proceedings under the provisions of Section 13 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
2. This Court, by order dated 21st February, 2022 passed the following:

"ORDER Issue emergent notice and Interim order as prayed for, subject to petitioners depositing with the respondent, 30% of the amount due as under: (i) 10% within three weeks; (ii) another 10% within next three weeks; and (iii) remainder i.e., 10% within three weeks next following, failing which, not only the interim protection shall stand rescinded but it will also have adverse reflection on merits of the main matter."
3. None appears for petitioners and there is nothing on record to show that the aforesaid order has been complied with by the petitioners.
4. Notwithstanding the same, since there is an alternative remedy under Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, reserving liberty to the petitioners to avail such remedy as permissible under law, writ petition is dismissed.
