Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to take out personal notice to the unofficial respondent No.2through speed post with acknowledgment due and file proof of service in the Registry. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the 2nd respondent lodged the criminal proceedings, only to settle her private scores with the petitioners. 6. He also urged that in view of ground realities, petitioners are willing to settle the case through mediation. 7. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the matter is referred to mediation. 8. Sri A.Sukhaveni, learned trained Mediator, is appointed as the Mediator in this case. 9. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, is directed to issue necessary proceedings in that regard. 10. The fee for Mediator shall be fixed as per Rules in vogue. 11. The Station House Officer concerned is hereby directed to drive the parties before the Mediator for amicable settlement. 12. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be interim stay of all further proceedings in FIR in Crime No.130 of 2026 ofHindupur I Town Police Station, Sri Satya Sai District, for a period of ten (10) weeks. 13.
