For Petitioner(s): Mr.C.Prabakaran For Respondent(s): Mr.B.Sanjay Balachander,SC ORDER This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner for the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. 2.The petitioner claims that he has paid the entire installments to the first respondent and despite the same, the first respondent has not executed the sale deed in his favour. 3.Mr.B.Sanjay Balachander, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and on instructions he would submit that the respondents shall execute a sale deed in favour of the petitioner, once the petitioner produces all the documents reflected in the communication sent by the respondents to the petitioner dated 20.08.2025. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 10191 of 2026 4.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall produce those documents to the respondents in compliance with the communication sent by the respondents to the petitioner dated 20.08.2025. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit the documents sought for by the respondents through their communication dated 20.08.2025, within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said documents, the respondent shall execute a sale deed for the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this petition in favour of the petitioner, within a period of 4 weeks thereafter.
