That the above-captioned Criminal Revision petition was filed challenging the judgment of acquittal dated 02.02.2026 passed by the II Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Kodagu-Madikeri (Sitting at Virajpet) in Crl.Appeal No. 5056/2023, which set aside the conviction of the Respondent/Accused. 2. That the Registry has raised an office objection regarding the maintainability of the present proceedings in its current form. 3.
