Petitioner participated in a selection for appointment to the post of Sanitary Inspector held by Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, pursuant to advertisement dated 08.08.2023. According to petitioner, he qualified in the mains examination and he was called upon to produce educational certificates in original. 5. Since petitioner could not produce the educational certificates, in original, on or before the deadline fixed for that purpose i.e. 29.12.2023, therefore, his candidature was rejected by the Commission. Petitioner thereafter made a representation, which too was rejected by Secretary, Uttarakhand Public Service Commission vide order dated 28.03.2024. UKHC010050312024 2026:UHC:7344 6. This Court do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, as petitioner himself is to be blamed for not furnishing the required documents within stipulated time. 7. Mr. Ashish Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the Commission submits that the selection process was concluded way back in 2024 and names of selected candidates were recommended to the State Government, vide letter dated 08.10.2024. He submits that all the selected candidates have now been appointed and now they are serving as Sanitary Inspector. 8. This Court do not find any reason to interfere in the matter at this belated stage. Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is dismissed.
