In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is to seek a direction to the respondent– College to return the original documents submitted by him and to refund the exam fee and college fee paid by the petitioner. 3. In this regard, the petitioner has addressed an email communication, which is produced as Annexure– F to the writ petition. However, considering the averments made in the writ petition and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh and comprehensive representation to respondent Nos. 1 and 2–College, for redressal of his grievance. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13140 WP No. 35220 of 2025 4. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation within a period of one week from today.
