ORAL ORDER Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is to seek a direction to the respondent– College to return the original documents submitted by him and to refund the exam fee and college fee paid by the petitioner.
3. In this regard, the petitioner has addressed an email communication, which is produced as Annexure– F to the writ petition. However, considering the averments made in the writ petition and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh and comprehensive representation to respondent Nos. 1 and 2–College, for redressal of his grievance.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation within a period of one week from today. Upon receipt of the such representation, the respondent–College shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within an outer limit of two weeks from the date of receipt of the representation, to be made by the petitioner. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
