Instant Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…..to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 3 rd respondent at the instance of respondents 4 to 9 in insisting the petitioners to appear before his authority and insisting them to vacate from their house and site properties in an extent of 195.83 Sq. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the subsequent events causing initiated proper proceedings the cause of action stated in the lis. 3.
On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home also not disputed the same. 5
4. Accordingly, by recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is closed for any aggrieved leaving open to the legal remedies in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
