Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, the writ application is therefore, disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation afresh before the Tahasildar, Jharsuguda within ten days from today. If such representation is submitted within the stipulated period the Tahasildar, Jharsuguda shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order within two months thereafter.
