The appeal is filed by the Accused against the Judgment of the Special Judge for ACB Cases, Visakhapatnam, dated 16.05.2009 in C.C.No.22 of 2003, assailing the conviction for the offence U/s.13(2) r/w Sec.13(1)(d) of P.C Act. 2. The learned counsel for the Accused submits that he has no instructions. Whereas the learned Standing Counsel for ACB filed a Memo dated 08.09.2026 along with Death Certificate of Smt. Konada Naga Durga Bai (wife of the Accused) and submits that the Accused died 02.04.2017, subsequently, his wife was brought on record and she also died on 26.07.2018. 3. Thus, recording the submission of the learned standing counsel for the ACB, the Appeal is dismissed as abated in terms of Section 394 of Cr.P.C. 4. It is needless to mention the fine, if any, may be recovered from the estate of the Accused as per law including under Section 394 of Cr.P.C.
