The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No.40 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 308(4), 351(2)(3), 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Koderma. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the land in question has been purchased by the petitioners in the year 2023, and the allegations are made that the said land was purchased by the informant in the year 2016 and for that, the dispute is going on between the petitioners and the informant. He ( 2026:JHHC:3109 ) --2-- further submits that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph 14 of this petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of demanding money. 5. Considering that the petitioners are also the purchaser of the said land which was purchased in the year 2023, wherein the allegation is made that the informant has purchased the said land in the year 2016 for that the dispute is going on between the parties. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph 14 of this petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Koderma in connection with Koderma P.S.
