The Petitioner is the proposed vendor of a sale deed executed on 23.12.2025. He approached the Sub-Registrar, Begunia, for registration of the sale deed through online mode by booking the slot on 23.12.2025. His grievance is that the Registering authority has not taken further steps for registration of the document without passing any formal order. 3. The Writ Petition is therefore, disposed of directing the Sub- Registrar, Begunia to consider the document submitted for registration and take a decision regarding its registration by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law.
