Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 4. Brown sugar has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Further there are other cases pending against this petitioner, two of which is under NDPS Act. 5. Considering the nature of allegation and the antecedent, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with NDPS Case No. 68 of 2025 arising out of Sitaramdera PS Case No. 132 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, NDPS Act, Jamshedpur stands rejected. 6.
