Also heard Mr. D.P Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for Page No.# 2/3 the State. 2. This petition under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the accused-petitioner, namely, Srikanta Das @ Bishal @ Bura praying for grant of bail in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No.74/2025 under Section 140(3)/142 of the BNS Act which was charge-sheeted and upon completion of investigation, registered as Sessions Case No. 231/2025 in which charges has also been framed. 3. The petitioner was granted interim bail on 09.01.2026. 4. The scanned TCR has been received. 5. I have perused the statement of the alleged victim girl recorded during the investigation, in which she has stated that she voluntarily went with the petitioner. However, the girl is a minor as per her statement indicating her age to be 17 years. 6. Nevertheless, it will be proper to confirm the interim bail. Accordingly, the order of pre-arrest bail dated 09.01.2026 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions : i) That the petitioner shall be available for trial ; ii) That the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with the evidence; iii) That the petitioner shall not cause any annoyance or harassment of the victim girl.
