The petitioner’s limited grievance is that the mutation case filed by him registered as Mutation Case No.1000, arising out of R.R. Case No.60 of 2010 is pending before the learned Tahasildar, Nimapara. 3. Mr. Mishra, learned senior counsel submits that in this regard the Government Pleader, Puri has submitted his opinion on 13.06.2025 in favour of the petitioner by opining that mutation may be allowed as per order passed earlier by the Additional Sub- Collector-cum- C.O., Nimapara in the above mentioned R.R. Case. 4. It is submitted that despite such opinion no further action has been taken in the mutation case. 5. Considering the limited grievance, the writ application is disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Nimapara to dispose of the mutation case taking into account the opinion submitted by the Government Pleader, Puri as early as possible, preferably within a Rama Chandra Panda .… Petitioner Represented by Mr. S.K.
