The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the account is involved in NDPS crime and, therefore, the account was freezed. The petitioner, however, submitted that he intends to redeem the pledged jewels. Considering the same, the petitioner is permitted to deposit the loan amount before the third respondent Bank.
