OMP(M) No. 228 of 2026 The present application has been filed for condonation of delay in filing the present appeal. As per the averments made therein, it is stated that copy of impugned judgment dated 24.09.2025, was applied on 03.11.2025 and delivered on 22.11.2025. The office Clerk had kept the appeals with himself and could not file due to his illness and the period of limitation has expired. The applicants have further submitted that the delay in filing the present appeal is neither intentional nor deliberate, but has occurred on account of bona fide reasons, as stated in the application. Learned counsel for the non-applicants/ respondents have stated that they have no objection if the present application is allowed. In view of the averments as made in the application which is duly supported by an affidavit and in view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present application is allowed and the delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
