This interlocutory application has been filed seeking correction of the order dated 24.06.2026, passed in BA No. 1638/2026. Page No.# 2/2 3. It is submitted that in para 9 of the said order, the Court has been mentioned as learned Special Judge, Hojai instead of learned Special Judge, Nagaon and therefore, the same requires to be corrected. 4. Having perused the records, the prayer is allowed. 5. Accordingly, in the para of 9 of the order dated 24.06.2026 passed in BA No. 1638/2026 the word “Hojai” shall be read as “Nagaon”. 6. This order shall form part of the order dated 24.06.2026 passed in BA No. 1638/2026 and shall be read together with the said order dated 24.06.2026. 7.
