1. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent of the charges and has been detained since 22.03.2025, which is for more than a year.
2. Learned advocate for the State has referred to the statement of the victim under Sections 161 and 164 of the Cr.P.C.
3. Having considered that the case relates to prevention of immoral trafficking as well as minor child being involved in such offence of trafficking and offences were being carried out at the residence of the present petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
4. Accordingly, CRM (M) 617 of 2026 is dismissed.
