The present application is filed seeking amendment in the prayer clauses of the Second Appeal and the application for stay. 2. It is submitted that, due to an inadvertent error, Regular Darkhast No.117/2017 has been mentioned in prayer clause (iii) of the present Second Appeal and in prayer clause(i) of the application for stay, whereas the correct number is Regular Darkhast No.115/2017. 3. In view of the above, the application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to carry out the amendment by substituting “Regular Darkhast No.115/2017” in place of “Regular Darkhast No.117/2017” in prayer clause (iii) of the Second Appeal and prayer clause (i) of the application for stay. 2 47.
