When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner is no more. He further states that by recording his submission main petition may be closed. 3. Conversely, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor also not objected to the said request. 4. Accordingly, by recording the said submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is closed.
