The same was returned to the concerned Tahsildar in original to consider the same without stating any valid reason. Hence, this petition has been filed. 4.This Court perused the records. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Kumbakonam Division returned the application directing the concerned Tahsildar to consider it on merits and in accordance with law.
