Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner that the notice under Form ‘Ka’ and ‘Ga’ have been issued to the petitioner as per the provisions contained in the OPLE Act and Rules, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Tahasildar, Kishan Nagar (O.P. No.2) to permit the petitioner to take part in the encroachment proceeding, i.e. L.E. Case No.834 of 2016- 17 and take a decision, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. 3. Till such decision is taken by O.P. No.2 status quo as on date in respect of nature and character of the case land shall be maintained.
