Mr. Maulik M.Soni, learned advocate for the applicants stated that by an order dated 02.04.2026, learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge at Gandhidham, Kachchh, had issued a non-bailable warrant against the accused in Criminal Appeal No.28 of 2024. Advocate Mr. Soni submitted that the matter has been settled and the Criminal Appeal is still pending for hearing. 3. Learned advocate Mr. Soni has also referred to the receipt and stated that more than 20% amount has been paid, and submitted that now only Rs.50,000/- remains to be paid. R/CR.RA/1426/2026 ORDER DATED: 08/05/2026 4. In the result, the non-bailable warrant issued by the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge at Gandhidham, Kachchh in Criminal Appeal No.28 of 2024 is ordered to be cancelled and the same is ordered to be converted into bailable warrant to the value of Rs.10,000/-. Thus, the applicants are directed to appear before the appellate Court on 28.05.2026. 5. In view of the above, the present application stands disposed of.
