Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. Page No.# 2/3 2. The instant Interlocutory Application has been filed for modification/removal/revocation of the bail condition mentioned at Serial No.(v) of the judgment and order dated 18-11-2025 in Bail Appln./2805/2025. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant is a doctor. He submits that after her arrest and release on bail in connection with Session (Special) Case No.112/2023, she has been looking for her livelihood and a placement in the City of Guwahati, where, she resides. However, inspite of her best efforts, she is unable to get any job in the city and therefore, she is looking for opportunities in and around Guwahati. He submits that during such search, she has been offered a Job in the State of Arunachal Pradesh (Itanagar) as well as in Mirza in the Kamrup district. He submits that in view of the aforesaid, she would like to explore both the opportunities, but due to the condition imposed at Serial No. (V) of the judgment and order dated 18.11.2025, she is unable to do so. 4. In view of the above, he submits that the condition at Serial No. “(V) that the accused applicant shall not go outside of the jurisdiction of the Trial Court, without prior intimation or without providing the details of her visiting place to the trial Court;” is required to be modified to the extent that she can work outside the jurisdiction of the trial Court. 5. Taking into account the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this Court has given conscious thought into the matter and after consideration, it is directed that the condition No. (V) should be modified to the extent that if the applicant joins in any of the aforesaid two places, the details of her employment and residence shall be provided within 15 days of her joining in any of the two places to the trial Court. 6. In terms of the aforesaid direction, the condition of Serial No.(V) of the order dated 18.11.2025 is modified and replaced by the following condition:- “the accused applicant shall with prior intimation to the trial Court can seek for a job within the Northeastern region and in the event of her joining in a job in any place within northeastern States, the details of such job as well as her employment and residence shall be Page No.# 3/3 provided to the trial Court.” 7. In the event of any default of the conditions mentioned in the judgment and order dated 18.11.2025, her bail may be liable to be cancelled on application by the prosecution, if any. 8. The instant order shall be part of the order dated 18.11.2025. 9. In view of the aforesaid directions, the instant I.A. is disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
