Krishna Praneeth, learned Assistant Government Pleader attached to the Office of learned Advocate General on instructions submitted that the detenue was arrested in connection with a case in Crime No.226 of 2026 of Vedayapalem Police station. He further submitted that the detenue was produced before the learned V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore on 01.09.2026 and he is remanded to judicial custody. 2. On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same. 3. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 5.
