Heard Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Pattanaik, learned Central Government Counsel for opposite party No.1. No notices are issued to opposite party Nos.2 & 3 as the same is not necessary considering the limited grievance of the petitioner. 2. Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the RTI application is submitted and it was followed by an appeal filed but the same is pending disposal without any order. The submission is that the appeal is before opposite party No.1 pending orders till date. 3. Recorded the submission of Mr. Pattanaik, learned CGC for opposite party No.1. 4. In view of the limited grievance of the petitioner seeking disposal of the appeal at the earliest, the Court is inclined to direct opposite party No.1 to ensure it within a stipulated period. 5. Accordingly, it is ordered. 6. In the result, the writ petition stands disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. It is further directed that opposite party No.1 shall immediately entertain the appeal filed by the petitioner and dispose it of as soon as possible preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
