ORDER:
Sri P.Narahari Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has filed no objection vakalat in place of Sri K.Naveen Kumar,
learned counsel and he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition, however, his name was not printed in the cause list.
2. Sri K.Naveen Kumar, learned counsel on record also appeared and submitted that he too had instructions from the party to withdraw the writ petition.
3. Both the learned counsel sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the scheme of the Central Government for one time settlement.
4. Sri P.Narahari Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner made endorsement on the bundle to that effect.
5. Taking their submissions into consideration, this Court is inclined to accord permission to withdraw the writ petition granting liberty to avail scheme of the Central Government for one time settlement, if so advised.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
