The petitioners are an accused in connection with Borio P.S. Case No. 34/2025. The brother of the informant was assaulted by the accused persons and was buried in the forest. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are no eye witnesses to the incident and the petitioners have been implicated on confession. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Sahibganj in connection with Borio P.S.
