The petitioner is an accused in connection with Karra P.S. Case No. 03/2025. 3. It has been alleged that 11 K.V. Agriculture Feeder line was cut and stolen by unknown miscreants. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that he has been implicated on the confession of a co-accused, consequent to which the petitioner had also confessed. 5. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2026. 6. Although it has been submitted by learned A.P.P. that the petitioner has got three criminal antecedents but regard being had to his manner of implication, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Khunti in connection with Karra P.S.
