The petitioner is an accused in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No. 261 of 2025. The father of the informant was assaulted by the accused which resulted in his death. It appears that due to a land dispute, the assault had taken place with Lathi. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2025. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Namkum P.S.
