The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the proceedings in HMOP.No.5 of 2023 are pending before the learned Sub Judge, Subordinate Court, Kangeyam. Accordingly, the learned Sub Judge, Subordinate Court, Kangeyam, is directed to dispose of HMOP.No.5 of 2023 within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
