JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER 15.07.2026 Heard Mr. M Barbhuiya, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B Choudhury, the learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the respondent Nos.3 and 4. 2. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 25.07.2016 passed by the Central Information Commission, New Delhi and further also seeks for a direction for providing information to the petitioner in terms with the information sought for vide the RTI Application dated 22.05.2008. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.3 and 4 submitted that insofar as the information pertaining to Sl.No.1 and 2 of the application dated 22.05.2008, the respondents do not have records of such information. As regards, the information at Sl.No.3 of the application dated 22.05.2008, the same has been duly provided. This aspect is also seen from the impugned order dated 25.07.2016. 4. Taking into account that the said information is not available, this Court is Page No.# 3/3 not in a position now to direct the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to produce or provide the information which has been sought for at Sl.No.1 and 2 of the application dated 22.05.2008. 5. This Court also does not find any illegality in the impugned order dated 25.07.2016. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
