JUSTICE ARUN DEV CHOUDHURY ORDER 12.03.2026 1. Heard Mr. N. N. Upadhyaya, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. By order dated 19.02.2018 passed in WP(C) No. 883/2017, this Court set aside an order dated 02.01.2017 and respondents were directed to consider the case of the petitioner for dependent employment/compassionate employment against the next immediate vacancy that arises in future. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Upadhyaya, learned counsel for the petitioner that the aforesaid consideration was made, however, the claim of the appointment has been negated. 4. Be that as it may, the order dated 19.02.2018 passed in WP(C) No. 883/2017 stand complied with. 5. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed. 6. It is needless to say that the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum, if, in the event any further grievance arises. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
