1. The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973), seeking grant of parole for a period of two months to the petitioner in connection with FIR No. 486/2002, registered at Police Station Kalyanpuri, under Sections 396, 365, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
2. Ms. Jyoti Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the petitioner has already been granted parole, alongwith an extension thereof.
3. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
