Petitioners have challenged order dated 26.09.2025, passed by Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue), Nainital in Stamp Case No. 52/42 of 2024-25. 3. Learned State Counsel, however, submits that petitioners have remedy under Section 56(1-A) of Indian Stamps Act, as amended by State of Uttarakhand. 4. Since petitioners have remedy of Appeal, therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to file appeal before appropriate forum. 5.
