At the outset, learned counsel appearing for Bank submits that after maintaining lien, the disputed amount which as per complaint is involved in cyber crime, bank account of the petitioner has been defreezed. In view of above statement, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition, and the same is hereby dismissed as not pressed. 6.
