Sri. H. L. Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel accepts notice for respondents 2 and 3. 2. Petitioner has sought for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct respondent No.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.02.2025 at Annexure-E. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10557 WP No. 39426 of 2025 3. The case made out by the petitioner is that the final notification under Section 28(4) of the Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Act, 1966 has been passed on 27.02.2023 and proceedings have progressed. However, petitioner has not been paid any compensation though he is entitled for the same. Petitioner submits that representation has been made at Annexure-E. 4. Perused the representation at Annexure-E. Petitioner has sought for disbursal of compensation in terms of the said representation. 5. Sri. H. L. Padeep Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the KIADB submits that the said representation at Annexure-E, would be considered and appropriate orders passed in accordance with law and as per the legal entitlement of the petitioner, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10557 WP No. 39426 of 2025 6. Recording the undertaking of the learned counsel for the KIADB, petition is disposed of. All contentions on merits are kept open. Needless to state, petitioner to make out clarifications and furnish documents as may be required and the respondents are also at liberty to correspond with the revenue department in the event any clarifications are required.
