Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent authorities regarding the illegal encroachment made by respondent No.6. However, despite the said complaint, no action has been taken against respondent No.6. Therefore, the present petition has been filed. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the grievance as raised by the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned authorities to consider and decide the said complaint and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 4.
