2. Mr. NBP Sinha, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed as infructuous.
4. It is observed that the closure of the instant writ petition shall not preclude the petitioner to participate in the fresh tenders, which have been issued for the shop, in question.
