JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 16-04-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 269 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25125 of 2026(2) dt.16-04-2026 2/2 under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of BNS, 2023. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and others are said to have assaulted the victim on his head. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that from perusal of the post-mortem report, it shows that the deceased had sustained no external injury. The petitioners are in custody since 18.12.2025 having clean antecedent. 5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners, let all the petitioners, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Madhubani/concerned Court below in connection with Rahika P.S.
