Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 2. This Criminal Revision has been filed assailing the order dated 23.03.2026 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Khalikote, Ganjam in Sessions Trial No.115 of 2025 relating to the prayer of the Petitioner under Section 311 of Cr.P.C. 3. In view of the order passed by the learned Apex Court in the case of Girish Kumar Suneja vrs. CBI reported in (2017) 14 SCC 809, the revision is not maintainable. 4. On the oral prayer of the learned counsel for the Petitioners, Registry is requested to treat this revision as one under Section 528 of BNSS and place it before the appropriate Bench at an early date as requested by the learned counsel for the Petitioners, in view of the urgency involved.
