P.P. …...... 02/ 26.02.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 331(5) and 305(a) of the BNS. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned AddI. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. This is a case of theft in the office. Though there are six similar nature of cases are pending against this petitioner, the fact which cannot be lost sight of that chargesheet has already been submitted in this case and the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and the case is triable by the Magistrate. 5. Considering the fact that case is triable by the Magistrate, the petitioner is in custody for more than eight months and chargesheet has already been submitted, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Jorapokhar P.S. Case No.58 of 2025 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his/her own name within the State of Jharkhand.
