No. 476 of 2023 and as soon as the order of High Court came to their knowledge, they corrected the revenue records and name of petitioner herein has been restored. 2. Learned counsel for applicant/petitioner do not dispute the submission of learned counsel for respondents No.1, 2 and 5 based on the documents enclosed along with reply. 3. In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for respective, contempt proceeding initiated against respondents is dropped. Contempt petition is closed.
