Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon Section 57 of the Registration Act, 1908. 4. It is an admitted position that any person who is interested or affected or regarding whom information has been sought for, is a necessary party. This procedure is even available or either mandatory under the Right to Information Act, 2005. 5. In the present case, information has been sought for against a third party without impleading him as a party respondent in the present writ petition. 6. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain - 1 - W.P.(C) No.401 of 2026 2026:JHHC:3132 the present writ petition. Accordingly, the same is, hereby, dismissed. 7.
